Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the AI Dream platform (wonet s.r.o.) and users of the service. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Services and credit system

Credit model

The service is based on purchasing credits, which serve as virtual currency for generating content.

One-time purchases

Users purchase credit packs. Generated stories are available in the archive for 48 hours from creation. After this period, the data is permanently deleted without compensation.

Subscription

  • Start plan

    €15/month (or €149/year) · 7,500 credits per month

  • Family plan

    €29/month (or €299/year) · 15,000 credits per month

Unused credits within an active subscription carry over to the following month.

Voice cloning

The voice cloning service (€49) includes 3 attempts (tokens). Further payment is required once exhausted. Annual subscribers are entitled to 1 bonus voice generation/clone.

Payment terms and billing

All prices include VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically. Users can deactivate auto-renewal at any time in account settings.

Liability and AI content

The service generates content using AI. The operator is not responsible for factual accuracy, grammatical correctness or content that may be perceived as controversial. The service is provided "as is".

Generated content is intended solely for private, non-commercial use.

Returns and withdrawal

The service consists of delivering custom-created digital content. By initiating story generation, the user agrees to provision of the service before the statutory 14-day period, thereby waiving the right of withdrawal.

Technical defects are resolved by the Operator by returning credits to the user account.

Termination

The Operator may immediately terminate an account in the event of misuse of the service or infringement of copyright.

Final provisions

The Operator may unilaterally amend these Terms. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the website.
